In this cooking class, Chef Lee will teach you how to cook a healthy and flavorful Israeli meal. To start, she will show you how to make a refreshing Israeli salad with tahini dressing. For the main course, you will prepare cumin paprika lamb meatballs in a tomato onion-based sauce to serve over a bed of couscous.
You will finish the class with a refreshing, light dessert of fresh watermelon topped with feta cheese. After learning to cook everything and honing your knife skills, you'll all sit down and enjoy the wholesome, delicious meal together!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
