Start your lesson with a tart blackberry salad flavored with scallions before cooking up Creole crab cakes topped with poached eggs and creamy hollandaise sauce. Create zesty hash browns using fingerling potatoes and the tangy zip of lemon mustard greens. And for a touch of brunch-style sweetness, prepare French toast using duck eggs and a warming five-spice blend.
