Excellent chef and cooking class experience. More fun and intimate than a lecture and more enjoyable than a class where you are put to work the whole time. Couldn’t be more convenient, with Chef Justin coming right on time to our apt with all of the highest quality ingredients, some picked fresh from his Brooklyn garden. We were able to participate as actively or passively as we wished, and the best part was enjoying a restaurant-quality meal at the end, one that we now know how to make on our own.
