Cooking Class - Authentic Roman-Style Pizza
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll prepare pizza al taglio, a style of pizza baked in rectangular trays and served in square slices. Invented in Rome, this variety of pizza is commonly found throughout Italy.
First, Chef Federico will teach you to make panna cotta, a classic Italian dessert. While your custard cools and sets, you'll learn how to prepare the pizza dough and a classic tomato basil sauce. As the pizzas bake, round out the meal with an iconic French niçoise salad.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
