In this Asian-inspired cooking class, you'll learn how to handcraft a variety of authentic recipes from start to finish. Some of the techniques Chef Jazmine will teach includes how to fill and fold wontons and how to brew the perfect ramen studded with fresh vegetables.
First, you'll fry wontons filled with pork and crunchy daikon radishes before cooking up a vegetarian ramen soup with punchy scallions and eggs. Chef Jazmine will also show you how to prepare a simple scallion cake with eggs, and a stunning matcha flan with boba pearls for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
