Cooking Class - Modern Surf and Turf
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Darnell will guide you as you learn how to create a luxurious, modern version of the traditional pairing of land and sea. The chef will teach you professional tips and techniques to craft this elegant menu.
Begin with a silky lobster bisque before preparing a delicate broiled lobster tail to serve with grilled lamb tenderloin. The centerpiece of the meal is accompanied by creamy cauliflower purée with truffle oil and tender blanched asparagus. Finish the meal by making a soft and airy lime soufflé.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
