Learn to make a classic layer cake, for birthday parties, weddings, or just 'cause!

In this baking class, Chef Jean Yves will teach you the art and science behind making a classic layer cake, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and parties. You will learn the basics of making cakes and frostings, as well as simple decorations. Chef Jean Yves loves making chocolate cake but is very happy to teach other flavors, including vanilla, nut, and fruit flavors.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
