Learn culinary French essentials in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Paige. You’ll discover how to create some of the most popular dishes made famous by and enjoyed across France using only high-quality ingredients.
You’ll begin by preparing a traditional tart brimming with tangy goat cheese and caramelized onions. Then, master the art of perfectly pan-searing steak with a peppercorn, butter and brandy sauce sided by gruyère potato gratin and fresh haricots verts. Finally, Chef Paige will teach you how to bake a brandy caramel tarte tatin with fresh Granny Smith apples.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
