Develop a fondness for fondue with this class featuring savory and sweet dipping selections.
Fondue gives guests the power of preparing food to their own tastes, as this hands-on cooking class with Chef Blake demonstrates. He'll help you cook up three distinct creations, each with its own unique place on the table.
Begin with a cheese fondue, featuring gruyère, fontina and raclette cheeses, perfect for fresh vegetable, baguette bread and smoked ham. Then, prepare a coq au vin broth fondue using red wine, ideal for shrimp, sirloin and chicken selections. Finish up with a white chocolate dessert fondue, a dream dip for fruit and sweets.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Blake did a phenomenal job. He was pleasant and easy to talk with and his food was spectacular. I highly recommend his Coastal Mexican menu - everything was fresh and delicious!
