Begin by building a tender kale Caesar salad studded with cornbread croutons and fresh tomatoes. Then, learn how to sear a filet mignon perfectly, make a compound butter with herbs, prepare mashed potatoes and cook seasonal vegetables. Finally, add flambé-ing to your culinary resume as you create bourbon bananas Foster.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
