Create a traditional Japanese menu filled with flavors you love and a few new favorites.

With a selection of dishes representing the best of Japanese cuisine, Chef Leon presents a cooking class that brings Asian-Pacific goodness to your home kitchen. He'll share his secrets for creating your own ramen and more using ingredients that emphasize freshness and flavor in every dish.

Begin with a refreshing salad made with daikon and other greens. Next up, gyoza filled with shiitake mushrooms and savory ground pork, plus ramen featuring soft-boiled eggs and nori. Close down the evening with an intriguing matcha crêpe cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
