Cooking Class - Flavorful Italian Foundations
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Madi will show you how to prepare an Italian-inspired feast featuring three popular dishes from this beloved cuisine. You will learn the ins and outs of Italian food basics, including making fresh pasta and baking a traditional dessert.
Begin with a classic appetizer, bruschetta, featuring bright tomatoes, tangy balsamic vinegar and fresh basil on crunchy Italian bread. For the main course, make homemade fettuccine pasta, a creamy roasted garlic Alfredo sauce and juicy, blackened chicken for a hearty entrée. Finish your meal with tiramisu, made with rich coffee and spongy ladyfingers.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
