WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn how to create an indulgent steakhouse dinner with classic Southern twists.
In this interactive cooking class, Chef Jarrett will show you how to prepare a four-course steakhouse meal peppered with Southern ingredients, from buttermilk to jalapeños to peaches.
First, you'll build a wedge salad with homemade barbecue ranch dressing and cornbread croutons. Then, Chef Jarrett will teach you how to make sweet and savory Cajun barbecue baby back ribs that fall right off the bone, and show you how to perfectly sear a Texas ribeye steak served with jalapeños, poblano peppers and cilantro. End on a sweet note with a sweet twist on bread pudding.
