Mediterranean cuisine is abundant with fresh ingredients from the bounty of the sea to the harvest of the sunny countryside. In this cooking class, Chef Kim Monique will guide you in transforming classic ingredients into satisfying dishes.
Highlighting simple ingredients requires a mastery of technique. Learn how to perfectly grill octopus for a vibrant salad, and pair the tangy flavors of lemon and feta into a dazzling potato dish. Fresh fish accompanied by briny capers and olives makes a light, yet filling main course. For dessert, handcraft apple cider poached pears.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
