Cooking Class - A Plant-Focused Feast
This hands-on cooking class with Chef Theo is perfect for vegans, vegetarians or anyone interested in learning how to prepare healthy, flavorful meals. Even skeptics of plant-based diets will be impressed with the complex flavor of this meatless meal.
First, you'll prepare homemade pesto using sun-dried tomatoes that you’ll slather across vegan bread for a bruschetta starter. Next, make an Oaxaca-inspired bowl filled with fresh vegetables, black beans, homemade cabbage slaw and candied nuts, and for dessert, a vegan version of a classic cheesecake with fresh berries.
