Join Chef Libby in this hands-on cooking class as she guides you through foundational techniques to handle all types of Italian dough from yeasted bread to flaky pie crust.
Pizza dough is the perfect introduction to yeasted breads, made even more delicious with the classic combination of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Next, you'll learn how to make pasta at home with or without a machine, paired with a simple yet flavorful pesto. Finally, finesse your pastry skills with a flaky all-butter crust transformed into a classic crostata with seasonal fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Libby was a great teacher! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions very happily. We learned so much and would happily take another class of hers. We're already looking into trying the sushi class :)
