Cooking Class - Taste of the Italian Riviera
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian recipes and culinary techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a stuffed mushroom appetizer, handmade pasta tossed with a traditional Ligurian walnut sauce, and fried Italian doughnuts with jelly or sweet chocolate-hazelnut Nutella for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
