Cooking Class - Taste of the Italian Riviera
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian recipes and culinary techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a stuffed mushroom appetizer, handmade spaghetti tossed with a traditional Ligurian walnut sauce, and soft and light Italian doughnuts rolled in sugar and filled with creamy Nutella for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
