Join Chef Eric on a culinary journey to the Italian Riviera during this hands-on class.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian recipes and culinary techniques.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a stuffed mushroom appetizer, handmade pasta tossed with a traditional Ligurian walnut sauce, and fried Italian doughnuts with jelly or sweet chocolate-hazelnut Nutella for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Super fun girls night idea! Chef Eric was very friendly and very patient when teaching our group who had zero cooking experience. I would definitely recommend this as a fun gift idea :)
