Cooking Class - Advanced Sushi Methods
In this hands-on class with Chef Gilzel, you'll focus on advanced sushi-making techniques as you bring four Japanese recipes to life using high-quality ingredients and a variety of fresh fish.
Explore several ways to prepare sushi as you slice and dice ingredients for nigiri, sashimi, maki and a chirashi bowl using tuna, salmon, shrimp, sea bass, avocado, cucumber and radishes. Chef Gilzel will teach you the difference in knife cuts and how it affects consumption. End with a beautifully pan-seared sea bass with sesame soy broth, green onions and radishes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
