Cooking Class - Upscale New American Fare

Your class begins with a refreshing watermelon mint salad studded with olives and feta before moving onto the cleverly named "figs in a blanket," made with flaky puff pastry and creamy goat cheese. The catch of the day is your entrée: Organic honey salmon served with garlic mashed potatoes. Finally, finish with a decadent mini chocolate cake drizzled with chocolate ganache.
