Savor an exciting exploration of elevated New American cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Dominique. She'll teach you how to add layers of unexpected flavor and ingredients to a bounty of thoughtfully curated recipes.

Your class begins with a refreshing watermelon mint salad studded with olives and feta before moving onto the cleverly named "figs in a blanket," made with flaky puff pastry and creamy goat cheese. The catch of the day is your entrée: Organic honey salmon served with garlic mashed potatoes. Finally, finish with a decadent mini chocolate cake drizzled with chocolate ganache.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
