Cooking Class - Spanish Asian Fusion
In this hands-on class with Chef Greg, you will learn how to prepare an avant-garde three-course menu that artfully fuses Spanish and Asian ingredients, flavor profiles, and cooking techniques.
You will begin the class by learning how to make surf and turf tostadas with spicy shrimp and carne asada. Then, you will prepare an impressive sushi burrito bulging with blackened ahi tuna and a homemade enchilada filling. Lastly, Chef Greg will share with you the secrets to making saffron-scented and chocolate-dipped fortune cookies from scratch for dessert.
