Cooking Class - Journey Through Southeast Asia
In this hands-on class with Chef Greg, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Southeast Asian menu using both familiar and exotic ingredients and cooking techniques yielding incredible flavor profiles.
After beginning with a mango salad strewn with Thai basil, Chef Greg will share with you the secrets to preparing a slurp-worthy bowl of Vietnamese beef pho from scratch. Then, you'll learn how to build complementary flavors and textures in a Thai fried rice with your choice of shrimp or chicken before ending with Chinese-style almond cookies for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
