Cooking Class - Healthy Southeast Asian Classics
Are you a fan of classic Thai food but searching for a cleaner option? In this Thai cooking class, you'll learn how to cook healthier versions of classic Southeast Asian recipes featuring whole, seasonal foods without sugar or unnecessary oil.
Chef Telah will teach you how to make any meal vegan as she leads you through preparing coconut squash curry packed with vegetables — with the option to add chicken. On the side, you'll mix together crunchy Thai salad and jasmine rice pilaf, with jasmine coconut rice pudding for dessert.
