Cooking Class - Brunch Bites
Join Chef Lori and learn how to expertly prepare a leisurely brunch featuring three courses of sweet and savory favorites using high-quality ingredients throughout.
In this gluten-free cooking class, you'll begin by handcrafting cinnamon pancakes made with oats, cottage cheese and vanilla, and preparing bacon accented by the flavor of maple. Next, master the techniques to make crispy potato latkes served with lox and sour cream, and end with protein-packed mini egg white and ham bakes with fresh basil and Swiss cheese. Don't forget the bubbly for mimosas! Chef Lori will provide a variety of fruit juice.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
