You'll feel like a true Italian chef in this hands-on class with Chef Julieanne as she guides you through creating homemade ravioli using high-quality ingredients, and Italian cooking techniques.
First, Chef Julieanne will teach you how to prepare a colorful arrangement of marinated vegetables, olives, rich cheeses and cured meats for the perfect antipasto platter. Then, she will showcase her pasta-making techniques and show you how to make pasta dough and fresh ricotta that will be used for the spinach filling. As the grand finale, end with espresso gelato for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
