Savor timeless Mediterranean cuisine as Chef Douglas guides you through creating healthy, vegetable-packed dishes that are inspired by Greek, Tuscan and Moroccan ingredients and cooking techniques.
In this hands-on class you'll craft four classic Mediterranean favorites, including bright garlic and herb hummus, a creamy chicken and lemon orzo soup peppered with fresh vegetables, and yogurt-marinated chicken served over fragrant rice pilaf. For dessert, you'll make an effortless, golden rolled baklava brimming with walnuts, cinnamon and lemon that you can take home to impress friends and family!
