Cooking Class - Classic Fare From Little Italy
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian menu using only the freshest, highest-quality, in-season ingredients and time-honored Italian recipes and culinary techniques.
Chef Eric will begin by teaching you how to make a traditional Italian bruschetta appetizer drizzled with a balsamic glaze. Then, you will learn how to prepare delicate, creamy manicotti stuffed with a fragrant, garlicky ricotta completely from scratch. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a refreshing lemon raspberry granita for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
