This 3-hour class is designed to help alleviate stress caused by busy lifestyles. Come to unplug, breath deeply, and relax fully. This class is perfect for both groups and individuals, busy parents, and corporate types!
The first 30 minutes are dedicated to simple stretches and breathing techniques. This will help us relax and open our sense of smell and palate to prepare for the cooking ahead. A brief discussion of healthy eating also takes place before we proceed to the kitchen for a hands on cooking class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
