Create a restaurant-quality Indian feast, using vegan ingredients, with Chef Parsati.

In this Indian cooking class, you'll prepare a spread of vegan Indian dishes worthy of a spot on the menu on the best Indian food restaurant in town. You'll learn which ingredients to use, and smart techniques to properly prepare them.

First, Chef Parsati will guide you through making tofu tandoori seasoned with aromatic spices and topped with picked onions. You'll also cook cholae masala with chickpeas and peas pulao, a rice dish. Finally, end the class with a sweet cranberry halwa, a traditional Indian dessert made with semolina.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked this experience for my in-laws and they enjoyed every minute! The recipes were so thoughtful and it was such a personal experience. Chef Parsati was so helpful in coordinating along the way, and I hope to take a class from her again soon! Would highly recommend this class.

Chef Parsati's class was great. Very organized and well set-up. I learned some good tricks/techniques for the dishes and they turned out delicious. I really like her healthy versions of Indian cuisine. Looking forward to taking another class soon!

Chef Parsarti's class was super informative and fun! We learned all about ways to make Indian food vegan and proper techniques when cooking with Indian spices! We loved it so much we bought her tin of spices to take hoke and try to recreate her dishes ourselves! Thanks again!
