Explore contemporary Chinese fare with an innovative twist with Chef Parsati.

Bring your favorite dinner partner to this hands-on class that will focus on a provocative culinary flavor fusion between Chinese and California cuisines.

Chef Parsati will begin the class teaching you new and exciting ways of creating cross-cultural fusion fare beginning with cauliflower infused with the flavors of ginger, garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce. Then, you'll prepare a chicken entrée loaded with fresh pineapple and a side of fried rice with fresh vegetables and shrimp. For the grand finale, craft then indulge in a pearl pudding with tapioca, dried fruit and saffron.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Parsati created a fun experience for my girl friend and I. Over the hour we cooked 3 dishes with the indochinese theme and spent 30min eating and chatting with the chef. The dishes were yummy and the home kitchen setting felt comfortable and intimate. We did wish the class was more hands-on and it did feel a little short.

I went to the class with my wife. The class with chef Parsati was fun and entertaining. She explains the different flavors you are adding and is with you throughout the process to make sure everything is running good. You can even put on your own music which definitely helps when you are preparing food. When we tried the meals we prepared it was so yummy. I would recommend her and would come back for another class.

Parsati was very accommodating and willing to work with us to make sure we got what we wanted out of the experience. Her style of cooking is practical with a lot of flavors. I enjoyed the class.
