In this hands-on class with Chef Kristiana, you will learn how to prepare Southern comfort classics with touches of originality and innovation to deliver the wow factor while showing respect for culinary history and traditions.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include laminated buttermilk biscuits with Gruyère cheese, caramelized onions, and fried rosemary, pickle juice-brined fried chicken with a sweet and spicy coating, fried zucchini with homemade paprika aioli, and brown sugar and sea salt-roasted Brussels sprouts.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
