After graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school, she ran a catering company and joined forces with a major party planner in Dallas catering corporate events and cooking for athletes. Chef V ran the company for almost 10 years before switching gears to work as a pastry chef for America’s largest hands-on cooking class program.

Transport your kitchen into a French patisserie in this hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to create and shape laminated dough for these three authentic croissant techniques.
The class begins by preparing a classic Parisian butter croissant followed by a savory ham and Gruyère cheese croissant straight from the City of Lights. Continue sharpening your culinary skills by crafting a sweet pain au chocolat croissant. You'll be hosting your own croissant party once you see how easily they come together!
