Work together to create an impressive Italian menu with guidance from Chef Tera.

In this team building cooking class, you'll learn to make an Italian spread like a pro. Together with your group, you'll enhance your kitchen skills while learning about iconic flavors and fresh ingredients.

First, hand-make your own creamy dressing and crunchy croutons to top a classic Caesar salad. Then, you'll make a savory chicken marsala topped with earthy mushrooms and a side of bright, lemony asparagus. Melty cheese and garlic bread round out the meal that's perfectly ended with homemade ricotta cookies for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tera was AMAZING!!! So knowledgeable and FUN. This is the first time my husband and I tried something like this and we will definitely have Chef Tera back again. We were looking for a new experience for date night and this was perfect. Not only was the food delicious and fun to prepare, but we also picked up lots of new skills and tips for cooking together. If I could give 10 stars I would. BOOK HER, you won't regret it!!

What a special experience! Chef Tera was professional and knowledgeable, but made the class so much fun! The meal was incredible, we would definitely have her out again with a new menu!
