Cooking Class - New Orleans Fare Made Vegan
Let the good times roll in this hands-on class as Chef Regina guides you through creating a Cajun menu from scratch and free of meat.
You'll begin the class learning how to make crab cakes free of crab using hearts of palm and chickpeas, then Chef Regina will teach you how to make a jambalaya bursting with flavor from fire-roasted tomatoes and smoked paprika. Next, combine agave, liquid smoke and vegan mayonnaise with Brussels sprouts for a sweet and smoky slaw, and end the class with a caramel apple bread pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
