In this hands-on class with Chef Mike, you will learn how to prepare four wonderfully avant-garde baked goods using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master baking techniques.
Some of the baked goods you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a traditional Brazilian cheese bread known as pão de queijo, fluffy and subtly sweet homemade cornbread with herb butter, a tender and moist basil cake with fresh strawberries and caramel sauce, and a mochi cake with vanilla whipped cream. All items except for the basil cake are gluten-free.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
