Cooking Class - Sweet and Decadent Cannolis

What's better than a cannoli? These Italian delights are a sweet treat enjoyed all over the world. In this hands-on class led by Chef Katie, you'll learn expert techniques to properly prepare cannolis entirely from scratch.

Throughout the class, you'll try your hand at crafting a variety of cannolis. You'll prepare, roll and fry vanilla and chocolate cannoli shells, as well as whip together multiple types of ricotta, and even craft a filling with tangy and sweet raspberries. You'll also get to dip your cannolis in smooth tempered chocolate!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
