In this hands-on class with Chef Shayna, you will learn how to prepare a three-course dinner menu using antioxidant-rich ingredients, superfoods, and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a stone fruit garden salad dressed with a homemade peach vinaigrette, a citrusy green tea and orange salmon nestled on a tender, chewy bed of orzo studded with perfectly seasoned and roasted vegetables, and a fresh berry cobbler with a crisp and tender top crust for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
