In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Demeatrie, you will learn how to prepare an easy-to-make, flavor forward, three-course dinner menu using a bounty of keto-friendly ingredients and dynamic keto recipes.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include loaded cauliflower bites with pork rinds and bacon, chicken thighs bathing in a decadent bourbon cream sauce with mushrooms, buttery roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with orange zest and chorizo, and sunflower butter cookies for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The food was delicious, and the portions were huge, so we have lots of great leftovers! Everything was very easy and covid safe (face masks and social distancing). Chef Demeatrie surprised us with beautiful custom menus commemorating our specific event. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be reaching out again to have Chef Demeatrie cater another meal.
