Being vegetarian does not mean having to miss out on your favorite foods of the holiday season! In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Shakti will teach you how to prepare classic holiday dishes without the meat. Classes can also be made vegan if the whole party requests it beforehand.
Your meal will start on a fresh note with a salad of beets, berries, goat cheese and walnuts. Then, prepare vegan meatballs with cheesy mashed potatoes and garlic Brussels sprouts. Finish with grilled, spiced peaches or pears and ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
