In this hands-on class with Chef Nerio, you will learn the fundamentals of both vegan and Peruvian cuisine, discover beautifully artistic and modern cooking techniques, and understand how to bring the traditional flavor and flair of the world's best gastronomic delights to the forefront of a plant-based menu.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to creating include a citrusy rambutan ceviche with red onions, a Peruvian stir-fry boasting flavors and textures as complex as the country’s most intricate weavings, a sweet caramel meringue parfait for dessert, and more.
