The Cozymeal experience with Chef John was disappointing in every aspect and borderline unsafe. The location was a difficult-to-find, third-floor walk-up apartment. We paid for a sushi experience, but the fish was not sushi grade (vacuum-sealed supermarket quality). The tuna served made my girlfriend and me immediately sick after leaving. The entire meal was poor and borderline inedible. Chef John also spent the whole time giving an exhausting recitation of his resume. This was a terrible experience that left us ill and gave us a bad impression of the Cozymeal brand. If I could give zero stars, I would.
