Chef Claudia's New Orleans brunch menu relies heavily on seafood, which is abundant in New Orleans cuisine. The first course is the classic creamy shrimp and grits followed by smoked salmon Benedict with spicy ham and Creole hollandaise, then your seafood extravaganza continues with a shrimp or crab omelette with fresh spinach. End the meal on a sweet note with crispy beignets.
