Join Chef Claudia on a tour of New Orleans with this jazzy brunch menu.
Nothing is more relaxing than sharing good food and good music with good friends, and a brunch featuring New Orleans fare is a great way to slow things down on the weekend.

Chef Claudia's New Orleans brunch menu relies heavily on seafood, which is abundant in New Orleans cuisine. The first course is the classic creamy shrimp and grits followed by smoked salmon Benedict with spicy ham and Creole hollandaise, then your seafood extravaganza continues with a shrimp or crab omelette with fresh spinach. End the meal on a sweet note with crispy beignets.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
