Cooking Class - Fresh Fare From Land and Sea
In this interactive class with Chef Elliott, you'll explore how to blend dishes from both the water and the land to stunning effect. Look forward to learning how ingredients from diverse origins can come together to both complement and enhance each other's flavors.
You'll start by preparing a fresh salad topped with walnuts and cranberry raisins. The highlight of the meal is the pairing of delicately seared ribeye steak with a mouthwatering blackened salmon, which is served with whipped potatoes. For dessert, dig into a light and spongey trifle.
