Sous vide is a method of cooking in which food is placed in a vacuum-sealed plastic pouch or a glass jar and then cooked in water for an extended period of time. The idea is that the temperature is regulated and the result exudes restaurant-quality taste. You'll master recipes such as salmon mi cuit, beef filet with confit vegetables, and decadent creme caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
