Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a croque-madame featuring eggs, ham and creamy hollandaise, fluffy blueberry pancakes with lemon and maple syrup, quiche peppered with crunchy bacon, tangy blue cheese and spinach, and a perfect, simple avocado toast.
