Join Chef Esteban for a hands-on cooking class showcasing ingredients and techniques that will take your favorite vegetarian dishes to new heights.
In this three-course class, you'll discover how to create vegetarian fare from scratch without sacrificing flavor! Chef Esteban will first teach you the skills needed to assemble the perfect salad peppered with cauliflower, arugula and white beans. Next, prepare your taste buds for a humble but magical homemade spaghetti dish with garlic, olive oil and red pepper. For dessert, mouthwatering Nutella crêpes take center stage.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Esteban was very talented and charming. He was very easy to talk to and I learned a lot about his journey as a chef as well as tips and tricks in the kitchen that I can use for meals in the future. The food he prepared was delicious and he did it in a way that made cooking a four course meal appear very approachable. I can't recommend Esteban enough and I will definitely be looking to have him cook for us again.

We had Chef Esteban come over to cook us dinner for my boyfriends birthday and we could not have asked for a better experience. He provided us with an amazing meal as well as explained the steps and cooking techniques throughout. He gave us suggestions for future recipes and restaurants. We would highly recommend Chef Esteban and look forward to enjoying his meals in the future.

Chef Esteban is a master of many flavors. From simple recipes to staple dishes found in European cuisine, his expertise in the kitchen and laid back attitude will leave you reevaluating some of your favorite foods. I was amazed when he demonstrated to me that the sauce for his Fettuccini Cacio e Pepe was only pasta water and shredded cheese, and it was delicious! On top of gaining some more culinary knowledge, I had a great time with Chef Esteban.
