In this hands-on class with Chef Meg, you will learn how to prepare a rustic, gluten-free, four-course Italian menu using a kaleidoscopic array of garden fresh vegetables and traditionally used, high-quality Italian ingredients.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include gluten-free bruschetta brought to life with fresh tomatoes and basil, pasta primavera held together with fresh Parmesan and studded with Italian sausage, and unforgettable ruby red roasted strawberries with homemade vanilla ricotta cream for dessert.
