Chef Mark will draw upon his incredible experience to showcase risotto with easy-to-follow techniques.
In this class, you will be creating a gorgeous meal with risotto as the star. Once you prepare your succulent appetizers of prosciutto-wrapped asparagus and a unique deconstructed salad, you will move onto learning how to create your entrée from scratch. Under the guidance of Chef Mark, discover how to make basic risotto, and choose from duck confit with sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms, or a seafood medley. Go home with valuable new skills!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
