Master the delicate art of French macarons in this cooking class with Chef Rita, a professional pastry chef who has owned and led her own French macaron bakery since 2018. This fun, hands-on session takes you through creating these irresistible pastries from scratch, from the batter to the finished shell.

 

You'll learn the secrets behind mixing the perfect batter, piping smooth shells and achieving that signature crisp exterior with a soft center. With practical guidance on timing and oven temperature, even those new to baking will leave feeling confident to tackle macarons at home. Book this macaron class today.
