Chef Nathan will take you to the countryside of Italy as you learn how to prepare authentic homemade dishes.
Freshly baked bread and homemade pasta are on the menu waiting for you to create by hand! You'll use a little elbow grease and new techniques to prepare fresh ciabatta bread and homemade pasta and sauce. The skills you learn will leave you with valuable techniques that you can easily transfer to your home kitchen. Be in awe at the aromas you experience by making your homemade Italian meal.

The dishes made and demonstrated were incredibly unique and delicious. Making the pasta was the most exciting for me, aside from being able to eat it afterwards!
