Ramen is known for its endless iterations. Learn to make authentic hand-cut ramen noodles with pork belly under the guidance of Chef Jacob.
Don't confuse processed, salt-laden, dehydrated ramen noodles with salt flavor packets for the real thing. Learn to properly roast pork belly, and cut your own fresh ramen noodles by hand. This hands-on class also includes a teaching on knife skills, which is a must-have for almost any Japanese culinary experience. For dessert, Chef Jacob will teach you how to make coconut mochi that you will crave for days.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jacob taught us well, was funny, answered all of our food questions (even those not about the meal at hand), and made delicious ramen feel very approachable! It was a great date night for my wife and I. I would recommend to any of my friends looking to try a new dish!
