Cooking Class - Filipino Feast

Take your taste buds on a journey to the Philippines in this exciting culinary experience!

In this hands-on class with Chef Bobby, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Filipino feast using traditional cooking techniques, and both familiar and exotic ingredients and flavor profiles.

You will begin with a vegetable-heavy pancit canton also featuring pork loin and Chinese sausage. Then, Chef Bobby will teach you how to prepare unbelievably flavorful marinated chicken adobo wings you will finish with a caramelization in a hot oven. You will end on a sweet note with a Spanish-Filipino fusion dessert of leche flan with coconut ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My two friends and I really enjoyed the Filipino Feast. Chef Bobby is very personable, down to earth, and clearly enjoys being in the kitchen. He passed on cooking tips while he showed us how to make a delicious three-course meal. We could not have been more pleased.
